  2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered will not qualify for a refund.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund. Shipping fee maybe applied.
